Stuttgart 21: Construction site open days from April 19 to 21, 2025, 10 am - 5 pm - Changed concept: Registration required at its-projekt.de

The Stuttgart-Ulm rail project association, together with DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH (DB PSU) and those involved in the construction, is making it possible to open the construction site to visitors. The open construction site days will once again take place on Holy Saturday (19.04.), Easter Sunday (20.04.) and Easter Monday (21.04.) from 10 am to 5 pm. The mega-event surrounding the centerpiece of Stuttgart 21, the conversion of Stuttgart Central Station, is taking place under changed conditions due to the great progress of the construction work.

Registration required to visit the entire construction site - free of charge

This year, access to the construction site and to the information and event stands is only possible with registration, but as in previous years, it is free of charge. "With the changed registration procedure, we can safely control the number of visitors to the entire area. We are planning for a capacity of between 20,000 and 25,000 visitors per day," says Bauer, summarizing the current situation. "Experience shows that most interested visitors come on Easter Monday. The registration process makes free time slots transparent and visible - making it easier to plan visits to the open days." At its-project.com interested parties can book a free time slot. Registration begins on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10 a.m.

Information stands and events on the construction site

"We are very happy and grateful that we can open the construction site to the public again this year," says Bauer, summing up the coordination talks with DB PSU. "It has always been important to us that people can experience the construction progress live on site and get information from the experts.

We are sticking to this. Our aim is for the event to once again be a celebration for the whole family, with lots of information and fact-based exchanges as well as unforgettable insights."

The association provides ongoing information on the main developments regarding the event via press release as well as via the homepage and social media channels (@infoturmstuttgart).
